❓ How do I rent a vehicle?

You can reserve a vehicle through our website or by calling us — no upfront payment is required. After that, you'll either come to us (or we come to you), sign a rental agreement, make the payment, and receive your vehicle.

🪪What driving license do I need?

1) E-bike: you don't need any license
2) Mopeds: all our moped are class 2, so you need to obtain AM category (class 2) or category B
3) Car: you need to obtain category B (which is acceptable in Sweden)

🛠️ Do I need to service the vehicle myself (brakes, oil, etc.)?

No, we take care of all maintenance, including brakes, oil changes, and other service-related tasks.

How do I return the vehicle after the rental ends?

You must return the vehicle no later than 12 hours after your rental period ends (during working hours) if you don’t plan to extend it. Late returns will result in a penalty fee of 300 SEK for every 24 hours of delay.

⏱️ How long can I rent a vehicle for?

The minimum rental period is usually one month, and you can extend it for as long as you need.
Exact terms may vary depending on the vehicle type.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged?

• If the damage is not your fault, the insurance will cover it, and we’ll replace the vehicle. If a replacement is not available, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining rental period.
• If the damage is your fault, unfortunately, the insurance won’t cover it, and you will be responsible for the repair costs.
• In case of theft or loss, the renter is fully responsible.
